The youths form almost half of the world’s population with the majority under 25 years of age. This population however is at a greater risk ranging from unemployment, drugs, radicalization, terrorism, among other maladjusted behaviour that put their life and that of the community at risk. The youth between ages 15 and 24 are in great need of alternative means of engagement, hence the need for youth empowerment.
Coming home, the greatest asset of Nigeria as a nation is her citizens. With an alarming capital flight rate due to high unemployment and reducing career prospects, our foundation through her team of professionals extend our services and skills to individuals and households requiring same to ensure they have a means of sustainable livelihood.
FRAAC therefore sees empowerment programs as the key to addressing the contemporary youth recurrent challenges, thus, our approach combines acquisition of life skills and job creation.
